Shipping
All orders are shipped with a stamp to lower the cost of shipping. Stamps do not have tracking. When placing an order, you are given the option to add tracking. By purchasing without tracking, you are accepting the risk of not knowing when your order will arrive. Once your order is shipped, I no longer have access to it. I am not responsible for lost packages, delays, or late deliveries.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, however, it should take no more than 3 business days to prepare.
Returns and exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations
I do accept cancellations as long as it is requested within 2 hours after placing a purchase. After 2 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
